Our company Rodger Dale Monk Builders, Inc is located in the heart of Charleston, West Virginia . You can call any bank or anyone in the local city government to check out our company story. We are a solid company with a great history in our area. People have a term that has stuck with our name...MONK BUILT HOMES. Rodger Dale Monk Builders,Inc is one of West Virginia's largest home builders. Mr.Rodger D. Monk is a second generation builder. His father Dale E. Monk was the founder of this company in 1942 just after the war ended.

Rodger Monk has held many positions here with the local Home Builders Association and served as the the president for 4 years. He has served 8 years for the local Kanawha/Charleston Humane Association board of directors. He has coached several AAU basketball teams with 2 winning national championships. He started a local basketball program for the youth in the Charleston area known as the South Hills Basket League. He serves on the WesBanco board.

This software is only to be used as a ballpark guide for prices. We have placed example prices in the database so you can change to reflect the prices in your own area. Changing the prices from the bid sheet is one of the easier way to do this.
