I just finished testing this new estimation software and all I can say is that it was amazing !! Rodger and his team have designed what I have been looking for in a estimation software.
Not only was I able to generate estimates but I also used the bid sheet as a stand alone spreadsheet that I could give to my customer on the spot.

Rodger, I can’t tell you how much this will benefit us. I have just fooled around with it and it has be a dream to work with. I have a volunteer coming in later this week to do a material take off for me. This is something I have not been able to do in the past. I have always had to take the time. She has never done a take off before so this will be a great test. Estimating program and our initial reaction is WOW!!
The software is very user friendly, well designed and is tailored for use by the
Residential Contractor.
The program will allow the estimator to do accurate take offs and be a check list so that no items are overlooked.
Rodger and his team have done a superb job.

R Monk We received our software on Friday and we gave our first estimate on Monday.My customer was so impressed at the detail we provided. I think this software will keep us from wasting materials and labor because for the first time in 3 years I KNOW how much materials it takes to do the job. We do nothing but concrete work and the staff at Handy Estimators built us a free data base set up for just the concrete business with a bit of our help. The software is has been very user friendly.
